Colleen Stalwick
Colleen is a creative problem solver – a creator, researcher, strategist, and writer. She has spent the last 20 years working client-side and with agencies focusing on marketing, consumer experience design and innovation. Working as a leader for a globally renowned design and innovation firm, Ziba Design, she partnered with startups to Fortune 100 clients to help them better understand and connect with their consumers to revolutionize their brand, products, services and industries. Clients included: Intel, Microsoft, Starbucks, SC Johnson, PepsiCo, Marriott, Reebok, and adidas, to name a few.
She has experience strategizing and executing programs across a wide range of industries and disciplines. Disciplines range from consumer insights, consumer experience strategy, product strategy and roadmapping, to digital design, environment design, product & packaging design, service design, branding, advertising, and marketing.
In her tenure she has planned, observed and/or helped execute countless consumer insight initiatives, learned numerous methods and techniques and witnessed how one insight can unlock tremendous growth opportunities for a company. Observing the impact that well-executed consumer insights can have on a company is the fuel behind Claro Insight & Strategy's existence.
Leveraging her background and knowledge she has developed, launched, and licensed a successful adult party game called Friend or Faux that is available in retailers nationwide. Additionally, she helped one of her three young children self-publish a children's book.
In her spare time, she volunteers for her children’s sports and dance organizations, environmental clean-up organizations, and other nonprofits.
Leisurely, she enjoys boating, skiing, running, drawing, playing games, and a good binge-worthy Netflix show.
